The 2017 Lean and Computing in Construction Congress (LC3) was held in Heraklion, Crete, Greece over July 4-12, 2017.  It represented a unique congress that provided exceptional value for academic researchers and industry practitioners. LC3 was a special, one-of-a-kind event, whose value proposition for researchers and industry stemmed from the integration of three conferences, two PhD summer schools and one industry day.

Aim of the congress was to promote and value high-quality contributions to the Construction IT and Management community by offering unique value to authors and the community. For this reason, LC3 2017 was the perfect opportunity to present the project ACCEPT to a very broad audience.  Strictly speaking, ACCEPT was presented to around 100 participants at the poster session on July 4th.  The presentation engaged in close one-on-one discussions with the attendees regarding the ACCEPT project.

In addition, the full paper “Digital Tools for the Construction Site. A Case Study: ACCEPT Project” was published in Proceedings of the Joint Conference on Computing in Construction (JC3), which was one of the three conferences of LC3.  The paper is available on the ITC SciX Digital Library here or in digital proceedings on: http://www.lc3-2017.com/uploads/jc3_proceedings_final.pdf.
