Back in June 2015 the ACCEPT project was in attendance at the Intelligent Infrastructure Innovation Centre (CI3) headquarters in Guadalajara for the annual enerTIC awards.
Now running for four years, the event is promoted by the Spanish Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI), which promotes innovation and technological development within Spanish companies. The event aims to reward and recognise innovative technology, and the public or private initiatives which have helped to promote its use for improving energy efficiency and sustainability.
Last year the ACCEPT candidature was presented and accepted by the awards, but unfortunately we were not selected as finalists. This year however, the project has been selected as a finalist in the “Smart Industry” category, and we are thrilled at the recognition from the wider industry. The winners are due to be announced on November the 30th at the Ministry of Telecommunications in Madrid.
We will of course keep you updated with how we get on, and winning this award would be a fantastic seal of approval to all of our hard work.
